Abstract

Since the development and popularization of heart-lung machine, it has given the various problems upon the large volume of fresh blood transfusion.
For the purpose of economizing the priming blood, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% group with hemodilution as Hartman´s solution were studied alternation of blood components and hemodynamics in mongoreal dogs.
During one hour of extracorporeal circulation under mild hypothermia without any treatment, 20% and 30% group of hemodilution were unsafety perfusated with decreasing of 02 consumption in the peripheral tissue (increasing of 02 saturation in venous blood above normal level.).
